In order to provide the fastest service possible, we require a preapproved estimate of 2 hours labor plus return shipping for all non-warranty repairs. Labor rates are $75/hr for Rotel and B&W, and $90/hr for Classe repairs. An estimate will be provided for any repairs that exceed this amount for the repair cost (excluding return shipping).
This repair is approved up to $200 (B&W/Rotel), $180 (Classe) or $100 (Headphones) plus return shipping.
